My query concerned finding ancestors so that we could prove Italian (and EU) citizenship. Elena used her extensive experience to track down emigration details and then earlier family details in Italy. She needed lateral thinking as the search was not as simple as it seemed at first sight. Working during Covid, which brings its own problems when you are trying to do research, she unearthed the source of the documents and obtained the required authenticated copies, while also working to a deadline.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Elena for family research.
